Concluded all Sales Project handover, I request to handover the invisible tasks on hand.

Invisible Tasks, is those tasks that I defined as time consuming, requires relationship building, effort to research and summarize.

My invisible tasks can be divided into 2 category:
1) Polarion Leader: my role as the project admin in all southeast asean projects.  The leader as Polarion Key User, in our region.

2) Purchasing / Sourcing / Testing: My role as ‘purchasing / sourcing personnel’ for all project quotation – which also link to an invisible responsibility, i.e. to confirm, conclude technical specifications, device testing & certification, licensing calculation based on overall solution.


As my final contribution, I requested to conduct my last training to the Sales & Consulting team.  In order to make the training a fun session for the participants, I decided to use an interactive tool, I hope to share more findings in my future posts.
