I Began the journey with IT Sales since 2010. I learn to acquire clients from cold-calls, exhibitions, and conferences, to promote Focus Software Products – Focus CRM, ERP, Point of Sale (POS) and Insta Health Solution in 2010.
Not long after IT Sales, I moved into more functional role – Pre Sales.
With some organizational skills, and analytic nature, I started to associate complex business processes with software functions.
I worked with NetSuite CRM and ERP (2012-2014), Swisslog WMS (2014-2016) for clients in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and China.
With Swisslog’s new product, WM 6 – I decided to write a journal, and that’s the birth place of WM 6 Blog.
I will include research, findings and perhaps, share some idea from other solutions.
